Megan Mann launched Approach in 2024 to focus entirely on aiding independent schools and other nonprofit organizations in their journey towards continuous improvement.
Before founding Approach, Megan spent five years as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Education and Support at the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). In this role, she expertly managed the organization’s intricate legal, crisis, and risk management matters and provided valuable consultation and educational support to member schools on a variety of topics including law, governance, community boundaries, and the impact of geopolitical events on school campuses.
With over 16 years of experience working in the legal, nonprofit, and education sectors, Megan has collaborated with diverse leadership teams to minimize risks and foster growth. She is also an independent school alum, parent, trustee, and the proud dog-mom to two fabulously odd rescue dogs.
