Dr. Olivia Ellison

Dr. Olivia Ellison is a dedicated public health professional with a focus on equity and community health. Her experience spans roles in emergency management, education and reproductive health. She has worked with diverse populations, including those experiencing homelessness, students, and women. 

Dr. Ellison is passionate about developing and implementing programs that address pressing public health issues, such as COVID-19, mental health, and substance abuse. 

With a strong foundation in public health, principles and a commitment so social justice, she strives to create healthier and more equitable communities. She holds a doctorate degree in public health leadership from Rutgers University, with her research focus being school-based gun violence surveillance systems.
